How to remove the space between the title and its paragraph

I want to know how to remove the space between the title and its paragraph like the case shown below as Word consider them as 2 separate paragraph.

1. Heading

hhhhhhhhhhhhhjhjhjhjhjhjhjhhhr
ffgfgfgfgfggfgffgfgfgfgfgdrrrdhh.
