A list of tables is just a table of contents (see
http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/numbering/tableofcontents.html), or if you
have captioned your tables using Word's Caption feature, you can use a Table
of Figures. A TOC works most easily if you have used one of Word's built-in
heading styles, but both TOC and TOF allow you to base them on any given
style or, in the case of the TOF, any given caption label.
Somehow, though, I don't think a list of tables is what you want. I think
perhaps you want a list in tabular form. If you already have the list, then
the reference Trip to Tokyo offered (to convert text to a table) may be more
useful.
