Post by MaanuHi,
I need to exhcnage data in 3rd row of a table with 10th row. Is there any
menachanism available in word2003 for doing this easily?
Thanks!
There is no "exchange rows" mechanism, but there are at least two ways
to move one or more rows:
- Select the third row (by placing the mouse in the left margin next
to the third row so it points up and to the right, then clicking
once), and drag it down to the tenth row. Then select the tenth row
and drag it up to the position where the third row used to be.
OR
- Select the third row, and hold the Shift and Alt keys while you tap
the down arrow to move the row downward. Then select the tenth row and
hold Shift and Alt while you tap the up arrow to move that row upward.
