Please note, below, the Customer Service Menu (TCCSSO) lines that are in my
table of contents, they are "Normal" text and are not supposed to be part of
my table of contents. Does anyone know how to get rid of them? They are all
throughout my TOC and I don't know why.
3.2 Address Book – Profile (Add) 3-2
Customer Service Menu (TCCSSO) 3-2
(1) Address Book Revisions 3-2
Customer Service Menu (TCCSSO) 3-3
(1) Address Book Revisions 3-3
3.3 Address Book – Profile (Delete) 3-5
3.4 Address Book – Profile (Inquire) 3-6
Customer Service Menu (TCCSSO) 3-6

3.5 Address Book – Profile (Modify) 3-8

They will not appear in your TOC unless they have an outline level other
than Body Text. Check the style applied as well as the paragraph formatting
and make sure they are actually Body Text. Alternatively, base your TOC on
styles only (clear the check box for "Outline levels").
