How do you insert "table continues" text at the bottom of a table that is
formatted in cells?

There is no way of doing it automatically in Word. You will have to add the
text manually.

But you could create a Building Block to insert the text "Continued on next
page" with the Table Header and the continued Step. I also included Chapter
Title and Block Title when I created my Building Blocks, which saves me lots
of time although it is not automatically continued.
