Hello

My table has 5 columns

The column are Firstname Lastname Gender Major Faculty ordinally.

I Would like to sort left to right from above information like as
below

Faculty Major Gender Firstname Lastname.

How can I do on Ms Word?

I have looking for the built-in command on Sort dialog box, but not
found.

Thanks for your help.

Word allows only three sort keys. In the Sort dialog, you can select
specific fields for the primary, secondary, and tertiary sorts. In Word 2003
and earlier, the Sort command is on the Table menu, which was confusing for
many people (since you can sort text that is not in a table). Consequently,
in Word 2007 and 2010, the Sort command is on the Home tab, in the Paragraph
group.

To achieve the sort you need, you can sort by the first three fields, then
split the table into parts as needed, sort on the other two fields within
those parts, and then rejoin the table.
