If I import text from the internet, it often comes in a table format with
little sunshine looking end-of-column and end-of-line marks. Same thing if I
move information from Excel to Word.

My question is - Can I get rid of the table formatting and have ordinary
Word tabs and paragraph marks? If so, how?

My MS document 1 always opens with a table which is not appropriate whenever I need to write something. How can I get rid of this table format?
